TS is a whole different game on all levels. Registrars generally have a totally separate departments handling and supervising TS vs ISO audits, auditors, scheduling, etc. Starting from the top, administratively they are disconnected. Though not a TS-type, I have "worked upstairs" for TS-approved registars and offer my advice to the OP.the less you think of ISO and TS being aligned the better! I'm really concerned same person even cares. I'm a bit concerned that someone assisting an organization seeking TS doesn't know the basics.
